Description: HeinOnline is Hein’s premier online product with more than 120 million pages of legal history available in an online, fully-searchable, image-based format. HeinOnline bridges the gap in legal history by providing comprehensive coverage from inception of more than 2,100 law and law-related periodicals. In addition to its vast collection of law journals, HeinOnline also contains the Congressional Record Bound volumes in entirety, complete coverage of the U.S. Reports back to 1754, famous world trials dating back to the early 1700’s, legal classics from the 16th to the 20th centuries, the United Nations and League of Nations Treaty Series, all United States treaties, the Federal Register from inception in 1936, the CFR from inception in 1938, and much more.

Description: The WestLaw database covers access to the full collections of case-law and legislation from the EU, UK, United States, the comprehensive International Law per se collection (ICTY, ECHR, WTO, etc), Hong – Kong, Canada, Australia. It also covers the full collection of almost 1,000 journals, in full-text and in abstract, the topical collections, which I mentioned include the full-text commentary. The topical collections are Global Competition and Antitrust, International Commercial Arbitration, International Intellectual Property, etc. Finally, it includes access to the News databases, a vast collection of both daily news sources from all over the world, but also titles such as the Economist, The International Newsweek, etc.

KUSELIT (Access: Available remotely via VPN)

Description: This extensive legal bibliography (no full texts) provides a convenient and quick overview of the current state of literature in all fields of law from more than 750 legal, tax and business law journals, a register of Festschrifts for the period 1949 to the present (with 44,000 references) and a wealth of collections. The focus is on publications from Germany, but titles from Austria and Switzerland are also included. In cooperation with the company njb (neue juristische Bücher), monographs are also included.
